Description

Celik Arms Buck Master Gen 2 — Cocking Handle (PB12-E10)

The Celik Arms Buck Master Gen 2 cocking handle is a factory-spec operating component engineered to provide smooth, positive manual charging and reliable cycling within the Gen 2 action assembly. Machined from heat-treated, high-grade steel with a controlled hardness profile and a corrosion-resistant surface finish, the cocking handle is formed to Celik Arms dimensional and metallurgical specifications to ensure consistent engagement, resistance to deformation and long service life under repeated cycling and service conditions.

Function & fitment: the cocking handle interfaces with the bolt carrier group and provides the operator interface for manual charging, extraction and clearing operations. It locates in the receiver/bolt carrier channel and engages designated cam and slot features to transfer manual input into reliable bolt movement. It is a direct-fit OEM replacement produced to Celik Arms tolerances so it installs without modification. Correct orientation, full seating and verification of smooth operation are required during installation to ensure consistent cycling and correct timing of the operating group.

Maintenance & service notes: always confirm the firearm is unloaded and the action is clear before disassembly. Inspect the handle shaft, engagement faces and mounting datum for wear, deformation, nicks, corrosion or loss of profile; replace if any degradation is detected. Clean mating faces and the carrier interface with a soft brush and mild solvent; avoid aggressive abrasives or heat that may alter hardness or temper. When refitting, ensure the handle moves freely, is correctly seated and that cycling and extraction are verified during controlled function checks. Replace any associated pins, retainers or springs that show wear.

Intended exclusively for Celik Arms Buck Master Gen 2 assemblies and recommended for professional armourer service, timed-component replacement and authorised repairs.
