Description

Celik Arms Buck Master Gen 2 — Locking Bolt (PB12-E2)

The Celik Arms Buck Master Gen 2 locking bolt is a factory-spec engagement component engineered to provide positive lockup and secure chamber sealing within the Gen 2 bolt assembly. Machined from heat-treated, high-grade steel with a controlled hardness profile and a corrosion-resistant surface finish, the locking bolt is formed to Celik Arms dimensional and metallurgical specifications to ensure consistent locking geometry, resistance to deformation and long service life under repeated cycling and service conditions.

Function & fitment: the locking bolt locates in the bolt body and engages the receiver/barrel locking recesses to secure the action during firing and to transfer chamber loads safely into the receiver. It interfaces with the bolt carrier, cam surfaces and associated locking shoulders and is a direct-fit OEM replacement produced to Celik Arms tolerances so it installs without modification. Correct orientation, full seating and verification of locking engagement are required during installation to ensure reliable lockup and correct timing of the operating group.

Maintenance & service notes: always confirm the firearm is unloaded and the action is clear before disassembly. Inspect the locking surfaces, shoulders and mating faces for peening, cracking, erosion, corrosion or loss of profile; replace if any degradation is detected. Clean mating faces, cam surfaces and the locking recess with a soft brush and mild solvent; avoid aggressive abrasives or heat that may alter hardness or temper. When refitting, ensure the bolt locks fully, moves freely where required and that locking engagement is verified during controlled function checks. Replace any associated cams, pins or retainers that show wear.

Intended exclusively for Celik Arms Buck Master Gen 2 assemblies and recommended for professional armourer service, timed-component replacement and authorised repairs.
