Key Features
Havalon REDI partially serrated blades give your REDI knife the extra bite needed for rope, webbing, cartilage and other fibrous or slippery materials. Built from stainless steel and supplied sharp from the pack, they drop straight into the REDI quick-change system so you can refresh your edge in seconds and keep moving. The hybrid edge combines a keen plain section for controlled slicing with serrations near the heel for fast starts and confident pulls through tough fibres. With a secure, low-flex lock-up to the handle, the blade translates fine hand inputs into tidy, predictable cuts that protect meat and reduce re-work in the field.
These blades are cut from stainless steel selected to hold a crisp edge while resisting moisture, blood and dust typical of Australian conditions. Serration geometry is tuned to “grab and go”, initiating cuts cleanly on slick surfaces and maintaining bite as load increases. The plain section carries the finesse for detail work—opening, trimming and fine control—while the serrated portion powers through stubborn materials without stalling. Each blade is finished to seat positively in the REDI interface, and protective sleeves help keep unused edges pristine while safely isolating used steel until disposal.
The REDI quick-change mechanism enables controlled, tool-free swaps—even with gloves—so you can rotate to a fresh edge without breaking rhythm. Positive engagement between blade and handle reduces flex for steadier lines, and the hybrid edge profile shortens job time by pairing precision with aggressive cutting when needed. The multi-pack format supports sensible rotation on trips away from the bench: stage a fresh blade for openings, switch to a partially serrated edge for rope or tough hide, then bag the used blade safely. It’s an efficient, low-maintenance workflow that keeps pace high and effort low across varied tasks.
Reliable, sharp and purpose-built, Havalon REDI partially serrated blades help hunters and property managers maintain speed and control when materials get stubborn—from cutting cord and straps to working along heavy hide and connective tissue. They pair stainless durability with a proven quick-change fit to keep your kit simple and effective in real-world conditions.

The Havalon Knives was designed with one thing in mind; create a more efficient hunting experience. No longer will hunters have to go into the woods with a pack full of tools (screwdrivers, sharpeners, gut hooks, and knives).
Over the years, Havalon has continued to introduce improvements that went far beyond new handle styles. Havalon redesigned the blade so that it will better resist breaking when the user makes a twisting motion. The new blade is 20% thicker and includes a small tab at the base to assist in blade removal. No other surgical scalpel can boast the thickness, the sharpness, or the ease of removal of Havalon’s proprietary 60A blade.
Havalon continues to advance with various handle styles, from the anodized aluminum Torch model to various camouflaged models, to the Bolt, the Forge, and the contoured Stag and others.
