Celik Arms Buck Master Gen2M - Gas Piston (PB12M-C3)
The Celik Arms Buck Master Gen2M gas piston is a factory-spec, precision-machined component engineered to transfer gas impulse from the barrel’s gas port into the operating system for reliable cycling and consistent timing. Manufactured from high-strength, heat-treated steel with a wear-resistant surface finish, the piston is profiled to Celik Arms’ original equipment dimensions to ensure correct travel, sealing and interaction with the Gen2M carrier and gas interfaces.
Function & fitment: the gas piston interfaces directly with the Gen2M gas system — engaging the gas block/port and contacting the carrier or operating rod as designed in the magazine-fed platform. Critical diameters, shoulders and contact faces are produced to factory tolerances so the piston maintains correct headspace of the gas system, predictable carrier velocity and consistent extraction/ejection characteristics. The piston is compatible with the Gen2M barrel/gas-block arrangements and uses the OEM gas-piston screw or retaining hardware; installation must ensure the piston moves freely within its bore without binding and that mating surfaces are clean and correctly oriented.
Maintenance & service notes: always ensure the firearm is unloaded and the action is clear before inspection or service. Regularly inspect the piston for scoring, pitting, excessive carbon build-up, cracks or deformation at contact faces and shoulders. Clean carbon and fouling with approved solvents and brushes, remove heavy deposits, then inspect for wear that could alter timing or sealing. Check the gas piston screw/retaining hardware for correct torque and secure staking where applicable; replace any fasteners that show thread damage or loosening. If the piston shows peening, cracking, or significant wear that affects free movement or gas sealing, replace it to preserve reliable cycling.
